As a specialist in graphic recording, strategy visuals, visual facilitation, and strategic visualization, I work with leaders and teams to make strategies, processes, and complex ideas easy to understand, align around, and move forward together.

I bring over twelve years of experience in communication design, illustration, and animation, including six years as a full-time illustrator in the entertainment industry. I also spent two years living and working in California, gaining hands-on experience in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. I work fluently in English and German and am a recipient of a giftedness scholarship.

My work spans industries such as healthcare and medicine, technology, science, automotive, pharmaceuticals, education, sustainability, transport and mobility, politics, and finance. I support clients in a wide range of settings—from workshops and leadership trainings to large conferences, strategy offsites, and long-term process facilitation. I work analog, digital, and remote.

Beyond live visualization, I design animated visuals, interactive applications, and gamified formats that activate audiences emotionally and intellectually. These approaches help teams engage more deeply, align faster, and make better decisions.

I’m highly client-focused, driven by a strong commitment to quality, and comfortable working as part of interdisciplinary teams with clear roles and shared goals. I’m solution-oriented, curious by nature, and continuously expanding my skill set to stay at the forefront of visual strategy and facilitation.
